Extended Team
We have an amazing retail team made up of kind, patient, and community-minded people who genuinely care about creativity, inclusion, and connection. Our team brings warmth to every customer interaction, shares a love of LEGO®, and supports our neurodivergent young people with empathy, encouragement, and respect.
We have people who are organised, reliable, and confident in a dynamic, hands-on environment — whether they’re helping customers find the perfect brick, guiding team members through daily tasks, or maintaining a welcoming, sensory-considerate store. Most importantly, we have a team who live our values: kindness, curiosity, teamwork, and the belief that everyone deserves a safe and supportive place to thrive.
